Questions

How long does a Sri Lanka reload take? Usually a few minutes after payment. Bank transfer orders are sent once the money arrives.

The number used to be on Airtel or Etisalat – can I still top it up? Yes. Airtel Lanka joined Dialog and Etisalat joined Hutch, so those numbers still work. The reload goes to the network the number is on now.

Can I top up a postpaid number? Reloads are for prepaid numbers. Check with the person you are sending to if you are unsure.
