Delivery and postage
SIM cards are posted by Royal Mail, usually within one working day. Postage is worked out at checkout from the weight of your order: in the UK from £2.95 (Second Class Signed), £3.90 (First Class Signed) or £9.95 (Special Delivery next day); to Europe from £9.95; to the rest of the world from £15.95. Bigger packs weigh more, so postage for 25, 50 or 100 SIMs is higher. We post worldwide.
Keeping your giffgaff number
giffgaff needs some activity – a call, text, data or a top-up – at least once every 6 months. Once you have the SIM you can top it up any time with our giffgaff top up vouchers, sent by email in minutes – handy if you live abroad and want to keep your UK number.

Does the credit expire?
Pay as you go credit on these SIMs does not expire while the number stays active. Bundles last 30 days from activation.
Is it ready to use?
Yes – the credit or bundle is already on the SIM. Pop it in an unlocked phone and you are connected.
Do you post abroad?
Yes, worldwide by Royal Mail – handy if you are travelling to the UK and want a working number on arrival.
