How it works

1. Choose your option and pay with PayPal or card.
2. We post your giffgaff SIM card by Royal Mail.
3. Put the SIM in an unlocked phone and activate it at giffgaff.com/activate.

The SIM is a 3-in-1 card (standard, micro and nano), so it fits any phone.

Delivery and postage

SIM cards are posted by Royal Mail, usually within one working day. Postage is worked out at checkout from the weight of your order: in the UK from £2.95 (Second Class Signed), £3.90 (First Class Signed) or £9.95 (Special Delivery next day); to Europe from £9.95; to the rest of the world from £15.95. Bigger packs weigh more, so postage for 25, 50 or 100 SIMs is higher. We post worldwide.

Keeping your giffgaff number

giffgaff needs some activity – a call, text, data or a top-up – at least once every 6 months. Once you have the SIM you can top it up any time with our giffgaff top up vouchers, sent by email in minutes – handy if you live abroad and want to keep your UK number.

Questions

What is the series?
It is the batch of SIM cards, printed on the SIM pack – 0694 is the newest stock. It does not set your phone number: giffgaff gives you a new 07 number when you activate the SIM.

How do I activate it?
Go to giffgaff.com/activate, enter the code on the SIM and choose a plan (goodybag) or add credit.

Can I order packs?
Yes – up to 100 SIMs in one order.

Do you post abroad?
