About Mobile Top Up
Top up any UK mobile online
My Top Up has sold UK pay as you go credit since 2009, first from our shop on Barking Road in East London and now online. Pick your network, choose an amount and pay by PayPal, card or bank transfer – the top-up code is emailed to you, usually within five minutes, seven days a week. There is nothing to post and you do not need an account: guest checkout works, and if you do create an account every code you buy is saved in My account.
Every network in one place
We cover the big four networks – EE, O2, Vodafone and Three – and the brands that run on them, including giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Asda Mobile. If you call abroad a lot, Lebara, Lycamobile, Talk Home and Now Mobile vouchers are here too. Every voucher is the same credit you would buy in a shop – the price is the face value plus a 99p service charge.
Voucher code or direct top up?
A voucher code is emailed to you and you enter it on the phone – dial the network’s top-up number or use its app. It is the most flexible option: you can forward the code to someone else, keep it for later or use it on any SIM of that network. A direct top up skips the code: you type the mobile number at checkout and we add the credit straight onto it. That is the easiest way to top up a family member’s phone, or to keep your own UK number active while you live abroad. Direct top up is available for EE, O2, Vodafone, Virgin Mobile, Asda Mobile, Lebara.
How to use your top-up code
Choose the network and amount above and pay.Your code arrives by email (check your spam folder if you cannot see it).Enter it on the phone: for example dial 150 on EE, 444 on Three, 2345 on Vodafone or 4444 on O2 – each product page has the exact steps. The credit is added straight away and you can buy an add-on or bundle with it.
Vouchers only work on pay as you go numbers, not on pay monthly contracts. If a code ever fails, contact us with your order number and we check it with the network and replace it.
Keeping a UK number when you live abroad
Pay as you go numbers are switched off if they are not used for a while – usually after about six months on EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and giffgaff, and sooner on some of the smaller networks. A small top-up counts as use, so buying a £5 or £10 code a couple of times a year keeps the number alive for bank codes, WhatsApp and your next visit. Our guides in other languages explain the rules network by network.
Need a SIM card as well?
