How it works

2. We post your giffgaff SIM card by Royal Mail.
3. Put the SIM in an unlocked phone and follow the activation steps in the pack.

Delivery and postage

SIM cards are posted by Royal Mail, usually within one working day. Postage is worked out at checkout from the weight of your order: in the UK from £2.95 (Second Class Signed), £3.90 (First Class Signed) or £9.95 (Special Delivery next day); to Europe from £9.95; to the rest of the world from £15.95. Bigger packs weigh more, so postage for 25, 50 or 100 SIMs is higher. We post worldwide.

Keeping your giffgaff number

giffgaff needs some activity – a call, text, data or a top-up – at least once every 6 months. Once you have the SIM you can top it up any time with our giffgaff top up vouchers, sent by email in minutes – handy if you live abroad and want to keep your UK number.

Are these new SIM cards?
Yes – new, unused pay as you go SIM cards. Each one gets its own number when activated.

Can I get a bigger or mixed order?

How much is postage?
A pack of 50 weighs about 1000 g. Postage by Royal Mail is worked out from the weight and shown at checkout – UK and worldwide.
