Delivery and postage
SIM cards are posted by Royal Mail, usually within one working day. Postage is worked out at checkout from the weight of your order: in the UK from £2.95 (Second Class Signed), £3.90 (First Class Signed) or £9.95 (Special Delivery next day); to Europe from £9.95; to the rest of the world from £15.95. Bigger packs weigh more, so postage for 25, 50 or 100 SIMs is higher. We post worldwide.
Keeping your Lebara number
Lebara credit can expire after about 90 days without use, so use or top up the SIM at least every 90 days. Once you have the SIM you can top it up any time with our Lebara top up vouchers, sent by email in minutes – handy if you live abroad and want to keep your UK number.
